Order Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before shipment is arranged or before production begins.
If cancellation is approved prior to dispatch, the full payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
Orders already shipped or dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Returns
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused and in original condition.
All original packaging must be included.
Valid proof of purchase is required.

Please contact support before sending any item back. Return instructions must be followed accordingly.
Customers are responsible for only one shipping fee, including original and return shipping where applicable.
No restocking fees apply.

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, an email will be sent confirming processing.
You will be notified whether the refund is approved.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within several business days.

Delayed Refunds
If your refund has not arrived:

Check your bank account again.
Contact your card issuer, as processing time may vary.
Contact your bank for further confirmation.

Return Shipping
Instructions will be provided after approval.
Personal returns may require the customer to cover shipping.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items will have return shipping covered.
